SLA and Maintenance Information

The preventative maintenance programme consists of four essential services offered:

1. Technical Inspection Report – primarily highlighting the existing state of all specified material handling items included into the programme, and to be used by management for operational planning purposes. This can be performed either monthly, bi-monthly or every three months depending on the requirements of the facility.

2. Planned Service Contracts – consist of specified service intervals for the various types of material handling equipment installed. These are conducted at intervals of either 3, 4 or 6 month intervals depending on the type of equipment installed, the age/condition of the equipment installed and mandatory service requirements as per law/insurance requirements.

3. Repairs and Breakdown Service – customer defined callouts to attend to repairs identified in the monthly inspection report, as a result on any unplanned breakdowns or from day to day operations inspections

4. Emergency Breakdowns – is a service for our key accounts where a technician is placed onto call in the event of any emergency breakdown arising which needs to be attended to after hours.
